Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, violate laws, or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
All service content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
Billing and Refunds
We offer a free plan, Pro subscriptions at USD 10 per month or USD 100 per year, and Lifetime access for a one-time payment of USD 200. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible new users; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or yearly subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and renews automatically at the applicable price for each billing period. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. You can cancel renewal or manage your payment method at any time by signing in and going to Settings > Billing > Manage billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after a billing cycle or one-time purchase has started.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a harmful manner.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
